He reached the Final 32 of the 2022 U.S. Amateur and secured multiple top-10 finishes, including T8 at the 2024 Amer Ari Invitational, ACC Championship, and NCAA East Regional.

Forrester was one of six golfers to finish over par, shooting rounds of 71-70-70-79 to finish 2-over. He was 5-under entering the final round, and a low score would have seen him contend for the cutline, but he went the opposite way, shooting a 7-over 79.

Ji finished California pre-qualifying in a tie for 4th at 1-over-par, with rounds of 72-71-74. Ji blitzed the back nine on the final day to get in position to advance to the second stage, but he bogeyed No. 18 to fall out of the cutline. The cutline fell at 15-under, and birdies on holes No. 13, 14, 15, and 17 got Ji to 9-under for the day and to 15-under, but the unfortunate bogey on No. 18 saw him miss advancing by one shot. Ji shot rounds of 71-70-69-64 to get to 14-under and finish T22, with top 21 players and ties advancing.

He finished in the Top 20 in 9 of his 11 senior season events, including a second-place finish at the 2008 OVC Championship, which earned him a spot in the NCAA Regional. After turning professional in 2008 and competing in multiple PGA and Nationwide Tour events, Leaver transitioned to a career as a personal trainer.
