Oakland City: Dunbrack wins by one
OAKLAND, Calif. (May 19, 2013) -- Evan Dunbrack fired rounds of 72-70--142 (2-under) and won by one shot at the 91st Oakland City Amateur Championship at Lake Chabot.
Dunbrack trailed first-round co-leaders Alex Herbert and Kevin McClain by two shots entering Sunday's final round.
Herbert was alone in second place after a Sunday 73. Mikey Conley took third place thanks to a final-round even-par 72.
McClain and Scott Morris were five shots back and tied for fourth place.
Robert Diamond (Men's Net), Katie Devine (Women's Open), Susan Fornoff (Women's Net), Scott Anderson (Senior Open) and Dennis Barloga (Senior Net) also won flights.
