Eckelkamp was able to overcome a four-hole stretch on Monday where she bogeyed for consecutive holes.
Overall eight amateurs finished in the top-10, including four in the top-5.
Amateur Anna Maria Pool finished tied for second with professional Kristen Samp at 1-over while amateurs Jean Tyrrell and Susan Kirschenman were 4-over to tie for fourth.
