Ryan Sloane wins Oakland City Championship

OAKLAND, Calif. — 2014 California State Fair Masters winner Ryan Sloane of Campbell won the Oakland City Amateur Championship, shooting three-under par 141 at Lake Chabot Golf Course.
Ryan Grauman of Alamo led after round one with 66, but a 76 on Sunday gave him a second place finish with Holy Names senior Pedro Oviedo at 142.
Sloane posted 68 on day one followed by 73 on Sunday. Oviedo, a native of Venezuela, shot 69 on Saturday with 73 on Sunday, as well.
Fourth place went to San Francisco resident Dylan Smith, whose 70 was the lowest round posted on Sunday, while fifth place went to Scott Norris of Oakland at two-over 146.
