Tyler Salsbury takes second-round lead at Washington State Amateur
WALLA WALLA, Wash. (August 5, 2014) -- Tyler Salsbury took the second-round lead with a one-under 70, and will head into the final round up two strokes.
Salsbury, the Washington Husky best known for his 13-under 57 earlier in the summer, drained five birdies en route to jumping first-round leader Cole Lorenzo.
Lorenzo dropped back with a tough four-over 75, but is only three back of Salsbury.
Chris Tedesco holds solo second place at two-under 140, and three players are tied for third at one-under 141.
The tournament cut the field to the low sixty and ties after the second round. Exactly sixty players finished at 10-over or better. For full results, follow the link below.
