Duncan Putter: 15-year-old Harry wins
NEWPORT, Wales (April 14, 2013) -- Tim Harry shot rounds of 68, 57 (15 holes), 69 and 72 to finish 2-under par, 2 shots clear of Freddie Sheridan-Mills (Walsall) and Shane Mcglynn (Carton House). At 15 years of age, Tim becomes the youngest ever winner of the Duncan Putter, a tournament which has been held at Southerndown since 1959.

ABOUT THE Duncan Putter

The Duncan Putter is the first of the Welsh Order of Merit events and gives International and Walker Cup selectors a chance to assess early season form. The format is 72 holes of stroke play played over three days.

Competitors come from Wales, the UK and increasingly from Europe, too.
