Hartmann, McDonald win at Kansas Sr. Series
NEWTON, Kan. (Sept. 21, 2012) -- Bob Hartmann, Shawnee edged Bo Dennis, Independence on the first playoff hole to win the 2012 KGA Senior Series Championship at Sand Creek Station Golf Course in Newton.
In the Super Senior Division, Topeka's Bill McDonald continued his domination of the 65 & Over division and claimed his fourth straight KGA Senior Series title.
Players qualified for the 36-hole season ending championship by accumulating points in the 17 one-day KGA Senior Series events held throughout the tournament season at venues across the state. The top fifteen (gross and net) in each of the five age divisions from the KGA Senior Series points list qualify.
