Peterson/DeBlaquiere win inaugural Granite Bay Four Ball
The inaugural Granite Bay for ball wrapped up on Monday and the second annual tournament has already been scheduled for 2013.
We just finished up. It was a tough day out there and the course definitely proved to be a tough test for all. The complete results are attached.
Jon Peterson and Gary DeBlaquiere, both Granite Bay members, pulled out the victory in a sudden death playoff on the 2nd playoff hole in the Regular Division over Tyler Raber and Scott Raber. Jon Peterson rolled in a long birdie putt to clinch the victory. Both teams ended regulation with 1-under par totals of 141 in the Two-Person Better Ball format.
Dan Bieber and Jack Anthony shot a solid score of even par 142 to win the Senior Division.
With good feedback we are already looking forward to hosting our 2nd Annual Granite Bay Four-Ball Championship with a date set for Monday, March 25, 2012.
