KWAZULU-NATAL, South Africa (Jan 19, 2012) -- Brandon Stone successfully defended his title at the Prince's Grant Amateur with a ten stroke victory over Sipho Bujela.

Stone's rounds of 71-68-66-69 gave him a tournament total of 274. Bujela shot 284 with rounds of 74-71-68-71. Victor Lange had the low final round with a 68 but placed in third at 286. He carded rounds of 74-70-74-68.

Stone who is currently ranked 18 in the world by Golfweek/amateurgolf.com rankings will certainly move up with his latest win. The top ranked South African amateur recently signed to play golf with the Texas Longhorns.
