The Bruzzy: Arkansas stays consistent to secure the ten shot win

Arkansas carded rounds of 285-285-286 to win the 2024 Bruzzy Challenge at the Dornick Hills Golf and Country Club in Ardmore, Okla., by ten shots.
Arkansas finished 16-over, while Notre Dame finished in solo second place at 26-over, carding rounds of 297-282-287.
Wisconsin finished in solo third place at 30-over, the University of Texas-San Antonio finished in solo fourth place at 33-over, and Oklahoma and North Texas finished T5 at 35-over.
This is the Razorback's third win of the season, and they led the field with the best par 4s (4.09) and par 5s (4.97) averages, as well as recording the second-most birdies with 42.
In the individual competition, Lauren Beaudreau of Notre Dame was the only golfer to finish under par, shooting 3-under and winning by four shots.
She carded rounds of 70-67-70. Her second round 3-under 67 was the difference and consisted of five birdies and two bogeys. She recorded nine birdies and six bogeys total. She took the 36-hole lead and never looked back.
Kendall Todd of Arkansas and Chloe Schiavone of Notre Dame finished T2 at 1-over and four shots back of Beaudreau. Kajal Mistry of Arkansas and Reagan Chaney of Oklahoma finished T4 at 2-over.
Isabelle Schlick of Oklahoma recorded a hole-in-one on the par-3, 165-yard second hole in the second round.
Beaudreau is currently ranked No. 195 in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com World Rankings. She made the match play portion of the U.S. Women's Amateur in 2016, 2019, and 2020 while making the round of 16 in 2020. In 2024, she finished T4 at the Spartan Sun Coast Invitational and T15 at the Florida Gators Women's Invitational.
