Spanish Ladies International: Andrea Revuelta wins the championship

Andrea Revuelta defeated
Sara Brentcheneff in the final match of the Spanish Ladies International Amateur Championship at Real Guadalhorce Club de Golf in Málaga, Spain.
Revuelta won 2&1 over Brentcheneff in the final match. Revuelta defeated Annabel Wilson 4&3 in the semifinals and defeated Nora Sundberg 2&1 in the quarterfinals.
Revuelta picked up where she left off, winning the 2023 Spanish Women's Amateur Championship and the final 16 of the Ladies British Amateur. She also finished T13 at the European Ladies Amateur Championship.
Revuelta finished T5 in the stroke play portion at 4-over after rounds of 75-73. Brentcheneff shot rounds of 76-73 to finish 5-over and in solo eighth place in the stroke play portion.
With these finishes, Revuelta has moved up to No. 40 in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com Women's Rankings.
The championship's format is 36 holes of stroke play, with the top 32 golfers moving on to match play for the final portion.
