Now that the PGA Tour's Q-School Final Stage is complete, we know who is heading to the PGA Tour next season. Harrison Endycott, Trace Crowe, Blaine Hale Jr., Raul Pereda, and Hayden Springer finished in the top five and earned their cards.
Here is a breakdown of how they all got there.
Harrison Endycott
Harrison Endycott, 27, from Australia, shot 15-under 265, following his rounds of 65-68-65-67 to earn the medalist honors at the PGA TOUR Q-School played out at TPC Sawgrass’ Dye’s Valley.
Endycott finished his rookie season standing 129th, narrowly missing the top-125 spot on the FedEx Cup Standings and had a conditional status for 2024. However, his aim remained to make his status better, which he did. He would have had the same status if he had finished outside the top-5 in the Q-School.
In his rookie season, Endycott played 33 events, made 13 cuts, and missed 20, with a best finish of solo-10th coming at the Butterfield Bermuda Championship in Oct. 2022. Prior to joining the PGA Tour, Endyscott played on the KFT, where he registered his maiden win at the Huntsville Championship in Alabama, which elevated him to the top-10 on the KFT’s Race to The 25 for the PGA Tour card. Before that, he grinded for two seasons on the PGA Tour LatinoAmerica in 2018 and 2019 before earning his KFT card through the Q-School, where he finished T-41st.
Trace Crowe
Trace Crowe, 27, from Greenville, South Carolina, and an Auburn University alumnus, shot 11-under 269, following his rounds of 69-65-68-67 to finish second, four-strokes behind Endycott to earn his full status on the PGA Tour in 2024.
Crowe played for two seasons on the KFT and was on the brink of earning his PGA Tour card after finishing inside the top-30 on the KFT standings. However, his rounds of 76-74 on the final two days of Korn Ferry Tour Championship for a T-36th finish, resulted in a 38th finish on the standings.
He also registered a win at the NV5 Invitational, a KFT event in July this year. He has made a total of three starts (1 in 2017 & 2 in 2023) on the PGA TOUR as of now and made two cuts, with a best-finish of T-27th at the Wells Fargo Championship in May this year.
Blaine Hale Jr.
Blaine Hale Jr., 26, from Dallas, TX, an alumnus of the University of Oklahoma, shot 9-under 271 following his rounds of 67-68-67-71 to register a third-place finish at the PGA TOUR Q-School.
Blaine entered the week standing 4120th on the OWGR with only one ranked event, the Vertex Bank Championship in 2022 on the KFT where he finished T-26th against his name. He had tried to earn KFT cards multiple times in the past with no success and had to play on the All Pro Tour (APT), a mini tour where stars like Scottie Scheffler, Bubba Watson and Ryan Palmer have spent their time too.He registered five top-10 finishes in 10 starts this season on the APT Road to the Final Stage.
In October, he advanced through the First Stage where he shot rounds of 64-71-67-71(-7) in Muskogee, Oklahoma. The next month, he carded a 6-under final round at Second Stage in Valdosta, Georgia, to advance with three strokes to spare.
Raul Pereda
Raul Pereda, 27, from Mexico, an alumnus of Jacksonville University, shot 8-under 272 following his rounds of 70-67-66-69 to register a tied-4th finish at the PGA TOUR Q-School.
Pereda had a taste of the PGA Tour at the Mexico Open where he finished T-60th with his rounds of 65-70-70-76 (3-under 281) in April this year.
He spent the last four seasons playing primarily on PGA TOUR Latinoamérica, twice finishing 12th in the Totalplay Cup standings. He locked up conditional Korn Ferry Tour status by making Final Stage but had no guaranteed starts on the tour before finishing T-4th in the qualifier.
He joins the ranks of Donnie Hammond and Russell Knox as the third Jackson University player to make it to the PGA Tour, simultaneously becoming a representative of Mexico on the prestigious tour.
Road to Final Stage - Pereda, now a resident of Jacksonville, was outside the number in the waning moments at Second Stage in California earlier this month, only advancing to Final Stage when Alex Chiarella and William Mouw each made a bogey on the 72nd hole (a par 5) to move the cut line to 1 under, where Pereda had finished T-13th on the number with his rounds of 71-73-71-72 at Valencia CC.
Hayden Springer
Hayden Springer, 26, from Nashville, TN, an alumnus of Texas Christian University shot 8-under 272 following his rounds of 66-69-68-69 to register a T-4th finish at the PGA TOUR Q-School alongside Raul Pereda, thereby earning final available full status on the tour for the 2024 season.
The Springer family has been enduring a challenging period, marked by the recent loss of their daughter, Sage, to Trisomy 18, a profound developmental disorder.
Springer had so far 4 KFT starts under his belt, with three missed cuts and a best finish of T-53rd coming at the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas Wichita Open in June this year.
Springer also finished atop of the PGA TOUR Canada’s point list, earning him a full status on the KFT for the following season. The Nashville native won two of his seven PGA TOUR Canada starts this season and finished inside the top 10 in another two. They were Springer's first two professional victories. He has primarily played mini tours and some PGA TOUR Latinoamerica events since he turned pro in 2019.
