SOTOGRANDE, Spain (March 31, 2017) -- A third consecutive 2-under 70 has Jack Davidson sitting pretty at 6-under and leading the Euro Nations Cup by three shots.
Playing at Real Club de Golf Sotogrande, Davidson had an adventuresome day that only included six pars.
The round started smoothly enough with a three birdie, one bogey front nine for a 2-under 34. However, heading for home is where things got wild for Davidson, the 2017 Spanish Amateur Championship winner.
The only par on the side came on the 18th hole while before it came three birdies, an eagle on the par-5 14th but also three bogeys and a double-bogey. When all the dust was settled, Davidson was somehow able to sign for a back nine even-par 36.
After beginning the round tied for the lead Robing Dawson of Ireland is second at 3-under while Ireland's Stuart Grehan, Angel Hidalgo Portillo of Spain and Oliver Guillberg of Sweden are tied for a very distant third at 5-over.
MEN'S TEAM
The Wales team of Jack Davidson, David Boote, Owen Edwards and Joshua Davies continues to lead the way. With a three day tally of 7-over they lead two shots.

Salort began the day 6-over and that is where she remained with a third round even-par 72. She began the day with consecutive birdies and ended up with five overall while also bogeying five-times.
WOMEN'S TEAM
