ALAMEDA, CA (April 24, 2016) - Even-par was good enough for Gary Vanier (Pleasanton, CA) as he captured the Alameda Commuters Senior for his third time by a stroke on Sunday. Vanier climbed to the top of the leaderboard with a final round 1-under 70 after he opened the tournament in 1-over 72.
Frank Pieper (+1) of Carmel, CA with scores of 71-72 fell one shot shy of forcing a playoff and finished in second place. Steve Wilson (+4) from Concord, CA was alone third.
