Ralph Bogart: K.C. Fox expands lead to four
K.C. Fox
FORT MYERS, Fla. — K.C. Fox extended his Ralph Bogart Tournament lead from one to four strokes on Sunday, firing 68 on day two at Crown Colony Golf & Country Club. Leading by a stroke over Jim Rollefson and Jim Stames, Fox now paces the pack of senior amateur players by four entering the final round, with Ron Carter sitting in second place at 144.
Rollefson and Stames both struggled during the second round, falling back from one off the lead into 16th and seventh place, respectively.
Defending champion Rick Woulfe, who just won the Dixie Senior, is not in this year's field. Fox finished two back of Woulfe last weekend at the event, taking third place.
