Four remain at Florida Senior Match Play

PLANTATION, Fla. — Two notable golfers make up half the remaining players heading into the final day at the Florida Senior Match Play. No. 1 seed Rick Woulfe and defending champion Pete Williams will face off in Thursday morning's semifinal match while Blake Marshall and KC Fox will play the other match.
Woulfe handed Peter Wegmann a 6-and-5 defeat in Wednesday's afternoon match, while Williams was victorious over Richard Kerper 2-and-1.
Marshall used a 4-and-3 win over Rokki Rogan to advance to the semis and Fox was three-up with two to play at the conclusion of his match agisnst Kevin Macy.
The championship began Tuesday morning with the round-of-32 matches taking place at Lago Mar Country Club in Plantation, Florida.

The Senior Championship is for those
individuals
over the age of 55. Two age divisions, 55-64
and
65 and over, will compete with one round of
stroke play qualifying followed by single
elimination match play rounds to determine
winners in each division.
