Ryan Jansa wins South Dakota Mid-Am for third time
Ryan Jansa of Sioux Falls, shot 71-69 (140) to win the SDGA Mid-Amateur Championship at the par-72 Hillsview Golf Course in Pierre. He won by two strokes over Brandon Sigmund.
This marks the third time he has won the Mid-Amateur Championship (2008-2009) and also extends his record of most overall SDGA championships to 23.
Nick Heig and Matthew Johnson finished tied for third, three stokes behind at 143.
