Doug Snoap wins by 12 at Moot Thomas Invitational

OCALA, Fla. — Doug Snoap went wire-to-wire at Ocala Golf Club to win in runaway fashion at the Moot Thomas Senior Invitational.
Snoap, of Apopka, Fla., shot rounds of 71-69-67 to win by 12 shots over Bill Zylstra, who rebounded from a second-round 76 to shoot 70 on day three and take the runner-up spot by a stroke over Mark Weston.

54 hole stroke play championship for men 55 years
of
age or older. Super Senior division must be 65 or
older,
Legends division must be 70 years or older, and
Super Legends must be 75 years or older. The
tournament honors Moot Thomas, an Ocala native
and
FSGA Hall of Famer who had a lengthy and
successful
amateur career.
