Kenridge Invitational: Brittain tops loaded field

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Virg. (June 2, 2014) -- Buck Brittain shot a final-round 68 to storm back and win the 2014 Kenridge Invitational Tournament.
At Farmington Country Club, Brittain shot rounds of 68-70-68 and edged Mark Lawrence, Jr. by two shots. Entering the final round, Brittain trailed Lawrence by two shots and was a shot behind Steven Delmar. His finishing 68 surged him to the top position, though as Delmar and Lawrence both shot 72s on Sunday and finished in third and second place, respectivel.
Derek Bard, Keith Decker and Nick Tremps finished tied for fourth place, finishing five back of Brittain's pace.

strong regional field from Virginia, Maryland,
Tennessee, and other states in the Southeast and
beyond. Host club Farmington Country Club is set
up in tournament condition for the event with fast,

Invitational has been played since 1936. It is an
