Greene Hills Inv: Moyers wins 3rd title
STANARDSVILLE, Va. (April 13, 2014) -- Mikey Moyers shot 68-72 and defeated Buck Brittain in a playoff to win his third Greene Hills Invitational title at The Greene Hills Club.
Moyers led by three shots after the first round but Brittain surged in Sunday's finale to force the playoff.
Jason pool shot 71-73 to take solo third while Jon Hurst took fourth after rounds of 73-72 and tied with Logan Yates (72-73).
Moyers uncle, Jim Woodson, won the Senior Division while Yates won The Young Golfer low score award.

Open to all male amateur golfers. Format is 36 holes
of stroke play played at gross. Regular, senior (ages
50-64) and
super senior (65+) divisions. Flighted after the first
round. A Virginia State Golf Association
(VSGA) Player-of-the-Year points event.
