Ariz. Players Cup: Aduddell finishes on top
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Jan. 12, 2014) -- Air Force pilot Andy Aduddell continued his stranglehold on one of the top spots in Arizona Golf Assocition competition with a wire-to-wire victory at the inaugural Arizona Players Cup Championship.
Held at Desert Mountain's Outlaw Course, the Open Division was Aduddell's from the start. He shot 4-under 68 on Saturday and followed it up with a 1-under 71 on Sunday.
It all resulted in a two-shot victory over Ri Wood. Cory Bacon rounded out the Top 3, finishing six shots back.
Laurie Warder shot 70-76 to win by four shots in the Masters Division while Jeff New shot 73-72 to win the Senior title. David Rasley shot 79-75 to win the Legends flight.
