Nebraska Match Play: Finals set

COLUMBUS, NE (June 27, 2013) — Andy Sajevic of Fremont and Lance Lawson of Norfolk each defeated two opponents at Elks Country Club on Thursday to advance to the Nebraska Match Play Championship's 36 hole final.
Following a 2 1/2 hour weather delay during the morning's quarterfinals, Sajevic ousted Brian Csipkes of Gretna in 21 holes. In the afternoon, Sajevic battled to a 2 and 1 win over Ben Maschka of Omaha.
Lawson opened his day with a 3 and 2 triumph over Dylan Heng of Nebraska City before taking down reigning Junior Match Play champion Carson Schaake of Omaha in 20 holes in the semifinals.
