Titleist is taking its hybrid game to a new level by extending the innovative Generational Technology found in its groundbreaking GT drivers and fairways to a fresh lineup of metalwoods. With an unwavering commitment to performance and playability, Titleist now introduces the GT hybrid family—comprising the GT1, GT2, and GT3 models—to offer golfers an unmatched blend of stability, forgiveness, and launch control. Whether you’re looking for a club that helps launch your ball high into the air or one that provides a compact, workmanlike profile with strategic weight adjustments, these hybrids are engineered to meet the demands of today’s discerning player.

“Hybrid forgiveness is particularly important because, for most players, these are scoring clubs,” said Tom Bennett, Principal Product Manager, Titleist Metalwood R&D. “Our goal was to eliminate excessive distance drop-off and give golfers the tools to maximize every shot. With the new GT hybrids, we’re delivering a lineup that’s more stable, forgiving, and customizable than ever before.”

Let’s break down each model and see how they cater to different playing styles, before exploring the robust customization options, pricing, and availability details.

GT1 Hybrid
Tailored for the moderate swing-speed player who craves a high-launching, forgiving club, the GT1 hybrid sets the stage for consistency and distance. With its lightweight, high–MOI (Moment of Inertia) design, the GT1 ensures that off-center strikes don’t penalize your game. One of the standout features is its innovative forward–aft weight adjustability: standard setups include an 11‑gram weight paired with a 5‑gram weight that can be switched to tweak launch and spin characteristics. “We designed the GT1 with versatility in mind,” explained Bennett. “Golfers can set it up for a high ball flight or flip the weight to achieve lower spin—giving them real control over their shot.” In addition, the GT1 features a longer face from heel to toe, which helps retain ball speed across the face while accommodating both fairway and hybrid shafts. This ensures the GT1 remains a top choice for players who want both distance and forgiveness on every swing.

GT2 Hybrid
For golfers who prioritize maximum stability and an exceptionally forgiving performance, the GT2 hybrid is the answer. Designed as an ideal long-iron replacement, the GT2 is built with the highest total MOI in the lineup, ensuring that it maintains consistency even on mishits. “When we refined the GT2, we sought to offer a club that not only had a sleek and streamlined look but also met the demanding needs of consistency and performance,” said Bennett. Its refined, tour-inspired profile features a flatter leading edge that sits flush with the turf, allowing for precise playability off various lies. Additionally, the GT2 incorporates a heel–toe center-of-gravity (CG) adjustability system, which gives fitters the ability to fine-tune the club’s balance. This feature helps tailor ball flight characteristics and optimize shot shape, making the GT2 a versatile and reliable option for golfers looking to gain a consistent edge over the competition.

GT3 Hybrid
If you prefer an iron-like profile with the added forgiveness of a hybrid, the GT3 is built just for you. Compact yet powerful, the GT3 hybrid showcases a smaller footprint that belies its high stability. Enhanced perimeter weighting means that even with its more traditional iron appearance, the GT3 doesn’t compromise on performance. Like the GT2, it comes equipped with heel–toe CG adjustability, allowing you to push your preferred impact position just a bit closer to perfection. “The GT3 was developed to offer that delicate balance between workability and forgiveness,” Bennett explained. “For players who want to shape their shots while still enjoying a high level of forgiveness, the GT3 is a compelling choice.” This model is particularly well-suited for players who appreciate the precision of an iron but need the extra stability in their long-game options.

Customization Options, Price, and Availability
At the heart of the new GT hybrids is a commitment to personalization. All models arrive with an adjustable CG system—standard flat weights consisting of an 11‑gram and a 5‑gram weight—providing a solid base for tweaking performance. On top of this, fitters have access to additional weight options (3, 7, 9, and 13 grams) so that each club’s headweight can be finely tuned in 2‑gram increments, ranging from –6 grams to +6 grams. This extensive range of combinations means that each golfer can dial in their GT hybrid to suit their exact swing and impact style.

The new GT hybrid family hits the shelves with a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MAP) of $329. Pre-sale begins on February 4, with full availability in golf shops around the globe starting February 21.

Whether you’re eyeing the high-flying benefits of the GT1, the robust stability of the GT2, or the workability of the GT3, Titleist’s newest hybrid offerings are designed to help you push your game forward with confidence and precision. Get ready to experience the next level of forgiveness and performance—your game just might never be the same.
