MOUNTAIN BROOK, AL (June 11, 2016) -- Patrick Martin
of Birmingham and Turk Pettit of Auburn share a one
shot lead heading into the final round at six-under 207.
Martin, a rising sophomore at Vanderbilt, carded a five-
under 66 with a stretch of five straight birdies on holes
10-14 in his round. Pettit, a rising high school senior at
Lee-Scott Academy, posted a three-under 68 that
included six birdies versus three bogeys.
Two-time defending champion Will Cannon of
Birmingham carded a two-over 73 to fall into a tie for
sixth place.
Eight players are under par through 54 holes round
with an average score of 75.7.
