EUGENE, Oregon (May 30, 2016) -- Today is the final round of medal play qualifying at the NCAA Division I National Championship.
At the end of the day an individual champion will be crowned, and the field will be whittled down to the final eight teams who will play match play starting Tuesday to determine the eventual champion. This stuff is exciting!

NCAA Division I Championship
30 teams and 6 individuals not on a qualifying
team make up the field for the championship of
NCAA
Division I women's golf.
After 72 holes of stroke play, the individual
champion is crowned, and the low 8 teams advance
to
match play to determine the team champion.
