We listened to early feedback from our members who told us they needed information on tournaments they could play in, and that they would benefit from having contact information and registration details available online. In response, we created a comprehensive tournament database, and we provide tournaments large and small with a highly effective way to publicize and promote their events.

Launched in 2001, the amateurgolf.com Tournament Series has grown to include two National events at Bandon Dunes and The Kiawah Island Resort, plus close to 20 regional events throughout California. Running our own tournaments allows us to provide the avid tournament golfer with more of what they love- competitive golf - while helping those people who are newer to tournament play get more involved in it. (all events have a division for players with 15 handicap or less) Promoting tournaments also allows us to bring our primary website sponsors into direct contact with these golfers in order build awareness about their products and services.
