Murray claims Ft. Worth City title
FT. WORTH, TX (Sept. 1, 2013) — Jeff Murray trailed by a stroke entering Sunday's final round, but a Sunday 68 propelling him into the lead at the 2013 Ft. Worth City Amateur Championship, winning the event by three shots.
First-round leader Mike Schille finished in a tie for second place with Colby Amparan at 142 after a 72 on Sunday.
Clarke Kincaid tied Murray for low round of the tournament with a 68 of his own on Sunday, placing him in a tie for fourth place after being six shots back entering the final day.
