Rachel Kuehn continued to stack up honors in her final year as an amateur, finishing T58 and earning low amateur honors at the Evian Championship in France.
Kuehn is one of three amateur invites to the tournament, joining Yana Wilson and Adela Cernousek.
Kuehn, who was a guest on the AmateurGolf.com podcast earlier this year, shot rounds of 71-69-73-75 and was 2-under after the first two rounds to make the even-par cut by two shots.
Lottie Woad, who is currently ranked No. 1 in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com Women's Rankings, missed the cut after playing the first two rounds 3-over. Adela Cernousek also shot 2-over in the first two rounds and missed the cut.
Kuehn just wrapped up her annual season at Wake Forest, compiling a wealth of accomplishments as a Demon Deacon.
Kuehn was the 2023 and 2024 ACC Scholar-Athlete of the Year, the 2024 ACC Individual Champion, the 2024 NCAA Regional Individual Champion, a 2024 ANNIKA Award finalist, a Four-time All-ACC Academic Team selection, a Four-time All-ACC selection, a Five-team WGCA All-American selection and Two-time ACC Golfer of the Year.
According to Wake Forest Athletics, she also has the lowest four-year career scoring average in program history, 71.19, and the lowest five-year scoring average in program history, 71.10, over 136 rounds of stroke play. She recorded four top-five finishes in tournament competitions and was one of just two players to compete in every single event of the year.
