In addition to the one in 17 million event, Arthur Blackman and Preston Fleenor extended their lead in the Championship Division
It is not often you get a hole-in-one in howling, 50-mile-per-hour winds at Pacific Dunes during tournament golf.
However, there is a one in 17 million chance that you will get two in a row on the same hole.
Against all odds, that is exactly what happened during the second round of the AmateurGolf.com 2024 Two Man Links and Father & Son at Pacific Dunes at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort in Bandon, Ore.
Len Krahn and Jarod Mckay were playing with Ross and Steve Humphreys in the second round when the group got to the par-3 No. 11. Mckay stepped up to the tee and made a hole-in-one, and once the group settled down, Ross Humphreys did the exact same thing.
In the race for first place Arthur Blackman and Preston Fleenor extended their lead from one shot after round one to now three shots at the halfway point.
The pair is now 11-under through two rounds to lead the Championship Division. 2022 and 2023 Championship Division winners Jacob and Mark Phillips are in solo second place at 8-under and are within striking distance just three shots back.
Johan Andersson and Randall Conn and Tim Lovell and Scott Pitts are three shots back of second place and T3 at 5-under.
Jacob and Mark Phillips are 8-under through two rounds and are leading the Father & Son Division by four shots over Michael and Nick Williams, who are in solo second place at 4-under.

Established in 2001, the AmateurGolf.com Tour, presented by Callaway, hosts competitive amateur golf events at amazing courses across the country. Past winners of AGC tour events include PGA Tour players, top-ranked collegiate players, and nationally ranked senior and mid-am players.
AmateurGolf.com events offer divisions for male, female, senior, mid-am, and net players.
In 2002, AmateurGolf.com visited Bandon Dunes for the first time with 24 players. We have come back every year with average fields of 80 players (and, most recent years, selling out early due to the addition of a very popular Father/Son division).
The host courses, Bandon Dunes, Pacific Dunes, Bandon Trails, Old Macdonald, and the Sheep Ranch, have firmly rooted themselves as some of the top courses in the world; however, they are running out of wall space in the Lodge to display the course and destination awards that keep accumulating.
