Rachel Kuehn and Wake Forest came from behind in the final round to win the 2024 ACC Women's Championship at Porters Neck Country Club in Wilmington, N.C. Kuehn won the individual title by three shots at 10-under, and Wake Forest won the team title at 23-under and earned the top spot in match play.

The 2023 national champions shot rounds of 280-283-278, and the Deacons final round 10-under 278 helped them erase the three-shot deficit they faced entering the day.

36-hole leader Clemson led by three shots at 16-under entering the day, but a final-round even-par 288 saw them stuck in neutral and allowed Wake Forest to jump them for the win. The Tigers finished in solo second place at 16-under.

Virginia finished in solo third place at 8-under, North Carolina finished in solo fourth place at 1-over, and Duke finished in solo fifth place at 2-over.

Florida State and NC State finished T6 at 7-over, and Virginia Tech finished in solo eighth place at 9-over.

In the individual competition, Rachel Kuehn added to her impressive resume, winning the ACC title by three shots at 10-under. Kuehn shot rounds of 72-67-67 to get to 10-under and make up a five-shot deficit to Isabella Rawl of Clemson after round one.

Rawl held the 18-hole and 36-hole lead, but a 1-under 71 in the final round, compared to Kuehn's 5-under 67, saw her finish T2 at 7-under with Amanda Sambach of Virginia.

Sara Byrne of Miami finished in solo fourth place at 6-under, and Carolina Lopez-Chacarra of Wake Forest and Isabel Amezcua of NC State finished T5 at 5-under.

Kuehn is ranked No. 5 in the Golfweek/AmateurGolf.com Women's Rankings. She finished T8 at the 2024 Augusta National Women's Amateur, solo third place at the 2023 ACC Women's Championships, and the final 32 of the 2023 U.S. Women's Amateur. She also won the 2022 Stephens Cup.

This was the seventh individual win of Kuehn's collegiate career.

According to Wake Forest, Brenda and Rachel Kuehn are the only known mother-daughter duo to both win the ACC women's golf individual championships.
