While Alex Woodward has a two-shot lead, two-time defending champion Broc Haymon is among the chasers
Five players are within four shots of the clubhouse leader entering the final 18. Within two shots of Woodward and tied for second are Kurtis Lilley of Cypress and Broc Haymon of Pearland.
Haymon may have some extra incentive for a final-round push. He has won this event the past two years.
