Herik Machado captures Argentine Stroke Play

Argentina (November 11, 2017) - Herik Machado left little to doubt on the final day of the Argentine Stroke Play as he finished 17-under and eight-strokes clear of runner-up Camilo Aguado Ocampo (-9).
Machado combined rounds of 67-67-70-67 as he played nearly flawless golf over the course of 72-holes. During the four rounds Machado bogeyed just three-times and double-bogeyed once while birdieing 20 times and eagling once. On Saturday Machado saved his best for last playing the closing round in a flawless 5-under 67 that included five birdies.
Andrés Gallegos was third at 8-under, Joey Savoie took fourth at 7-under while Mitchel Malcolm was fourth at 6-under.
