William Hadden fends off multiple previous champions to capture his first Vermont Senior Amateur title

BARRE, Vt. (September 4, 2014) — With a pair of consistent, one-over par 72's, William Hadden captured his first Vermont Senior Amateur title on Thursday by a three-shot margin. Hadden had to fend off defending champion Kim Perry, who finished in solo second place, as well as three-time champion Chip Ward, who finished in fifth.
