Women's Porter Cup: Henderson shoots 62 to win
Brooke Henderson
LEWISTON, N.Y. (June 13, 2014) -- Canadian Brooke Henderson shot a red-hot final-round 62 to storm back and win the 2014 Women's Porter Cup.
At Niagara Falls Country Club, the highly-ranked Ontario native shot the event's lowest round and rallied from several shots back to win by three over Jennifer Ha and Princess Superal.
Ha held the overnight lead after posting a 65 on Thursday but shot 74 in the finale unable to keep up with the stellar pace of Henderson, who opened with rounds of 75-68.
Superal, from the Philippines, shot 70-68-70.
