Hogarth, a long time fixture in SCGA and USGA events (winner of the 1996 U.S. Public Links and finalist at 2011 U.S. Mid-Amateur), defeated Clayton Yamaguchi, 5-and-4, in Sunday's final match held at Rancho Park
