Maryland Open: Amateur Oshrine in lead
TOWSON, Maryland (July 9, 2013) -- Amateur Matt Oshrine fired a second-round 67 to take the outright lead at the 2013 Maryland State Open at The Country Club of Maryland.
Pro Rick Schuller is tied for second alongside University of Virginia standout Denny McCarthy at 4-under.
Another amateur, Keith Unikel, is alone in fourth after rounds of 65-71.

This tournament is open to male amateurs
who
are residents of Maryland or members of
member clubs of the MSGA with an
up-to-date USGA index at that club of 5.4
or
less as, and to male professionals.
Open will be 54 holes of stroke play
with successive cuts to low 80 scores and
ties
and those within eight strokes of the low
score
and then low 40 scores and ties for the
final
round.
