Jimin Yoo shot a final-round 4-under 67 at Grand Canyon Golf Course to cruise to an eight shot victory at the Phoenix City Championship.

The 23-year-old Yoo led wire-to-wire but it was closer than the final results would indicate. Yoo and the 2016 champion Sean O'Donnell were tied after each of the first two rounds with identical scores of 66-71 at Aguila and Papago Golf Courses, but O'Donnell faded with a 76 as Yoo pulled away.

In the end, Yoo was the only player to post three straight under-par rounds, finishing at 11-under 204.

Brett Howard closed with a 69 to jump into the runner-up spot, while O'Donnell fell into a tie for third with Mitchell Holmes (70) and 2015 champion Adam Walicki (71) at 2-under 213. Joshua Escobedo was the only other player to finish under par.

Ryan Tollefson……First flight winner (216 +1 final score)

Al Shura…………….Third flight winner (247 +32 final score)
