U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur: Stroke-play pairings, tee times

ST. LOUIS, MO. (Sept. 13, 2018) – The U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur will find its way to St. Louis – a city that showed its true love of golf last month during the PGA Championship – next week. A field of 132 top women’s mid-amateurs will tee it up for stroke-play qualifying at Norwood Hills Country Club’s West Course. The field will then be cut to the top 64 women for six rounds of match play.

ABOUT THE U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur

The U.S. Women's Mid-Amateur originated in 1987 to provide a national competitive arena for amateurs 25 and older. Besides the age restriction, the event is open to those with a USGA Handicap Index of 9.4 or lower. It is one of 13 national championships conducted annually by the USGA, 10 of which are strictly for amateurs.
