Nevada State Amateur: Jordan Wright leads loaded field
LAS VEGAS, Nev. (July 14, 2014) -- Jordan Wright fired a red-hot 4-under 67 and took the early lead at the 2014 Nevada State Amateur at TPC Las Vegas.
Wright leads by two shots over OWen Rosebeck entering the second round of three.
Cody Kelly was the final player to break par, shooting a 1-under 70, and is alone in third place.
Brady Exber isn't far behind, though. The longtime national power is tied for fourth along with Brandon Bauman after both players shot even par 71.

ABOUT THE Nevada State Amateur
54-hole stroke play competition with no cut. Field
size: 60 players. An 18-
hole qualifier is required for those who do not meet
exemption criteria. Open to any male golfer that is
exempt, has qualified, or has been an invited
participant from the tournament committee. Golfers
must have a GHIN number on file and must be a
member of the Southern Nevada Golf Association or
the Northern Nevada Golf Association.
