SEBRING, Fla. (Jan. 10, 2014) -- University of Tennessee freshman Hannah Pietila carded a bogey-free 67 on a misty and breezy day to lead the 59th Harder Hall Women’s Invitational after the second round.
Pietila holds a two shot lead over Oakland Park, Florida’s Meghan Stasi, 4-time USGA Women’s Mid-Amateur Champion.
Harder Hall Country Club is playing at 6,150 yards for the championship, which concludes on Saturday, January 11 after 72 holes.
In the Forever Forty-nine division, Cape Coral, Florida’s Gigi Higgins carded a 75 for a two-day total of 155 to take a one-shot lead over first round leader Martha Leach of Hebron, KY, who carded her second 78.
In the Ben Roman division, Becky Krakowski of Beavercreek, OH shot 81 to take a two shot lead at 161 over defending champion Nancy Jackson of Boynton Beach, FL who followed her 78 with an 85.

ABOUT THE Citrus Golf Trail Ladies Invitational
Formerly known as the Harder Hall Invitational,
this
is a four-day no cut stroke play
tournament for women amateurs. It was played
at
Harder Hall CC for more than 65
years, but in 2021 it moves to a rotation of
courses
on the Citrus Golf Trail in Sebring,
Florida. The illustrious list of past champions

Christie Kerr, Brittany Lincicome, Morgan
Pressel,
Stacy

It has long drawn an international field and
has two Divisions: the
Championship Division and the Forever 49 Division
